"The staff were all friendly, helpful and amazing! Cheers to Koran! The breakfast was great. Fruit, coffee, juice, pancakes, omelets, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage and yummy cinnamon rolls. The bed was comfy. Overall, the hotel could use some upgrades, but our stay was pleasant and we were satisfied. "

"The property is in an amazing area for all things Austin. The staff was beyond hospitable from the moment I pulled up my car, valet, bell hop guests, front desk peeps, staff holding elevators of thy saw me approaching. Chilled after show with friends in the lobby with a night cap, comfy chairs n baquetttes. Bellhop valet took my my bags to store in car when I checked out though wasn’t heading to airport till after lunch. Gave me directions n where to gas up…top notch service from real humans!"

"When we first got to the room the box spring of the bed was broken and sticking out and our infant hit his head on it and got a HUGE bruise and cut and the office didn’t even seem Slightly concerned when we were trying to get ice packs or something to help, then the ac apparently didn’t work and it was 80 in the room. So we had to then pack everything back up and go to a new room and that room one side of the power didn’t work and the floors were so dirty they turned ours and our infants feet black so we couldn’t let him crawl anywhere we ended up having to carry him the entire time. Then they say the have cribs and they did not. They had a tiny play pin that didn’t even have any cushion in it that is dangerous for you baby to sleep in because they can smother them self so we ended up not even having anywhere for him to sleep. The staff was rude and it was so upset stay. It honestly made me regret booking through yall and coming back using hotels.com"

"When we were greeted with margaritas, I knew I booked the right hotel! Right off of 6th street in the midst of everything going on. We enjoyed the diner connected to the hotel which had really good food. Valet and front desk staff were all 10/10. The only thing I didn't like in the room is the mini cooler didn't get cool enough to keep drinks in there or food. Other than that I would highly recommend!"
