Housekeeping & kitchen staff were excellent. They made the stay Having been loyal customers for at least 25 years not sure we will stay here again"

"Enjoyed our stay and would like to come again. The breakfast was decent and included hot and cold options. The pool was heated and a hit with the kids. The staff were pleasant and helpful: our youngest left something behind in the room and they kept it for us and were very helpful about returning it. I worried we would hear noise from other guests in our room but that wasn't the case. I also worried there would guests with dogs around (kids have allergies) but that was not the case. Only negative was that the sofa bed was not the comfiest for our teen."
