"Clean, comfortable beds, and very polite staff. Very good breakfast. The property upkeep, however, was mediocre at best. Needs some TLC and this place could really be brought back to its glory days. Hot tub and breakfast area keed some work, courtyard is overgrown with weeds and what appears to be an old trellis is dilapidated at the end of it, portion of the ceiling in breezeway to the restaurant was cut out, and rooms need some work. Our bathroom door appeared to have water damage and the door appeared to be falling apart from the inside, but it was simply painted over to not look as bad as it was. Very clean and comfortable but owners need to buck up and be responsible and reinvest in the property."

"We took a king sized bed room it had ample space, only drawbacks was the chair for lounging in and the shower didn’t have a ledge to sit in if you wanted to. This would be helpful for older travelers. Staff exceptional and rooms were clean. Parking (handicap) was located close to the fro t door. We travel to Mpls several times per year, first time staying here but we will be using this hotel in the future, Continental and regular breakfast a little costly but all in all we are very pleased with our stay."

"Very clean and comfortable room. Quality mattresses, slept as well as at home! The breakfast buffet is better than some I’ve seen with pretty decent variety. All the hot foods are pre made and kept in warmers, so sometimes can get a bit dried out. That’s the only negative, and a small one."
