"I paid in full for my hotel stay at Hilton Garden (Windhoek) through Expedia 10 days before the trip. Somehow, the hotel managed to charge my credit card a second time for the same stay (almost 600 dollars) and remained unresponsive to emails and calls to this day. It feels like a scam. The hotel also would not respond to inquiries from Expedia about the money they took from me, Luckily Expedia ended up reimbursing the second amount themselves.
