Stayed in Hamilton suite: Keypad lock was horrendous. Door didn't stay closed unless lock was turned. No kettle or microwave for basic food prep. Bathroom shower was unclean. Only saving grace was bedroom was well heated with decent beds. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.

Parking Conveniently Located by Every Property! Furniture is Stylish and Comfortable. Showers are Brilliant aka Jetted! Bedroom Jacuzzi was Deep & Relaxing. Sleep was Amazing in Memory Foam Bed. Kitchen was Supplied Amply: Dishes, Utensils, etc. Beautiful Night Scenery: The Stars!

Almost there

It was beautiful but I choose this over our regular place Vienna each year because of the jacuzzi tub, I was very disappointed when I had to clean it first because of the soap scum not cleaned from the people before us. Then the jets didn’t turn on . For it to be broken was so upsetting. The gym wasn’t ready which was okay but confusing. Also a Togo top for coffee but no coffee cup. I wish it had a little paper with the WiFi password and maybe a couple places for food to order from with maybe the front desk number. It was nice it’s all online but if you don’t screenshot everything you won’t know a thing. My kids loved it. I loved how it was beautiful. It just needs a few things tweaked.

Fire alarm sat in the den area unconnected when we walked in. Was immediately texted we would receive 20% discount for hot tub not in working order which was good. Asked 3 times for wash rags for the bath, but no response. Full kitchen had no dish towels, rags, or dish detergent. Dishwasher did not work. We liked the space and the area, but being between seasons was not a good idea.

Photos are misleading when it comes to the glass haus. A lot of their rooms are not fully maintained. We could not use hot tub, some doors in the revere room didn’t lock, the heat stopped working by morning hours and the room was absolutely freezing. No one is on site if you need immediate help. I want a partial refund.
Beware if your traveling with kids
Glass cabin is extremely smaller than what it looks in their photos
