"The bin the the room had not been emptied, rubbish was left under the bed, and the room was stifling hot, 2 of the lifts were out of order, so a constant queue to get to your room, as I had a disabled person with me."

"Hotel was ok, cleaning standards need to be improved, room servicing needs to be better and no AC in rooms just fans. "It was a clean room , easy to get to nice stay . Mostly clean . Shower took some getting used to and got stuck. Small rooms but that’s to be expected , didn’t use the facilities but there in another hotel . Could do with a better fan but a good stay regardless would come again"
