Nice boutique hotel that has unique amenities like fire pits, a nice setting area outside and providing me with stuff for s’mores. A great little area on the second floor with complimentary cokes, coffee, or water with food at certain times of the day. A continental breakfast of pastries and yogurt and drinks was available as well. My room had a sliding glass door that lead to the outside fire pit and seating areas. . The bed was so comfortable. I would love to go back and stay for about a month. It was a peaceful get away.
Best hotel ever!! Amazing staff with incredible service.

Wonderful hotel to visit during the Holiday season. We had a great dinner at the adjoining Cafe and enjoyed walking across the street to see the Christmas light display which is breath taking to say the least.
Our stay at The Louis Hotel was so enjoyable. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here when you visit Wilson. It will enhance your time in this charming little town

Our stay was wonderful! Rooms are beautiful and the staff is so friendly. We were given a room upgrade! There are fresh snacks provided 3 times a day. Fire pits outside and the restaurant across the street is wonderful!
The Louis Hotel is elegant, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. The genuine hospitality of the hotel staff is unparalleled. To say they went above-and-beyond and exceeded my expectations is an understatement.
The Louis Hotel was truly a lovely experience. After some miscommunication on my end, the staff was more than able to accommodate on my end and I am grateful for their patience and kindness. Not to mention, I loved how the hotel was so connected to the small town. The hotel rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. It was a little difficult to figure out the thermostat, but after awhile we got it to where we need to be. Only thing is having a fridge would be great. The icebox we did have wasn’t cold, but it’s ok because the evening and morning food service were wonderful!! Thank you to thw staff for EVERYTHING! Can’t wait to visit Wilson again!
The attention to detail was amazing. Called the day before to ask specifics of my room from allergies and treats to the temperature I wanted my room set at! They had an anniversary card signed by all the staff and a gift waiting in room. There were treats on arrival and treats in the morning! Bar down stairs was great with exceptional service. The bar up top was self serve and relaxing with fire pits and tv to watch your favorite ball game. Bedding was so soft and comfortable. Room was extremely clean. Walked out doors to private patio that attached to rooftop bar but private and comfortable. White robes were perfect to enjoy morning coffee in. I cannot get over how friendly every single staff member was and how they wanted to make sure our stay was nothing but exceptional. Well done The Louis hotel! We will be back.

I was in town for business and stayed for one night. Check-in went very smoothly and they offered turn-down service. I was able to walk across the street to the Wilson Diner for a delicious dinner with my associates, and then back to the hotel bar for a night cap. The female bartender who was working on the evening of Wednesday, 11/29/23, was wonderful. She took the time to make my bourbon sour with fresh squeezed limes, and spoke with me about our mutual interest in mixology. They had snacks/cookies and brownies set out for guests by the elevator on the second floor (they have a breakfast set out in the mornings with fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and coffee as well). The outdoor patio/garden area on the second floor is lovely and very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting by the firepit tables and finishing my cocktail before bed. I stayed in the Garden View with Balcony King room, which is a small room, perfect for one person or a couple, with a private patio area. The mattresses are very firm, which isn't my personal preference, but I had plenty of pillows to aid in cushioning.
Like most boutique hotels, the room I stayed was on the small but efficient side. Tastefully decorated and the only two things missing were a a luggage rack and an ironing board. Coffee and pastries station outside the elevator are a tasty an convenient option. Although coffee was barely lukewarm around 8:30 am. Rooms offer a fridge and a safe. Neither had been previously used, therefore the safe didn’t have batteries to allow it to be operated. Another details overseen by the decorator is a set of shear curtains behind the heavy curtains. A room that has access to a public patio should offer some type of privavcy without having to completely close the already small room. I’m a guy so not a big deal but ladies be aware. Overall a good stay in a town with very limited with any other decent options. Very nice little hotel in a quaint and manicured community. The bar on the first floor is also nice if you want to get out of your room without having to walk across the street to the cafe or get in your car.All and all, nice option to have when coming to the area.
Stumbled upon this boutique hotel while looking for a place to stay while traveling. So pleased with our decision, as this place surpassed all of our expectations.
The architecture follows the English Revival theme of the town. The modern interior is clean and welcoming. We loved the high-thread count sheets on the comfortable bed and locally-sourced bathroom amenities. The complimentary refreshment counter being on the same floor as the rooms was a nice touch.
The Indulgence Agent (as they call the Front Desk staff) was eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible, making us truly feel like a guest rather than a customer.
The hotel and dining was impeccable, but the real treat was the staff. The kindest, happiest people who went out of their way to make sure that the stay was over the top! This is a hidden gem.
Beautiful property and very attentive staff-not much to do in this quaint little village, but that's exactly what we wanted. Walked to the cafe for dinner, nightcaps at the hotel bar (beautiful), had a great restful nights sleep, and then we walked back to the cafe for a wonderful brunch the next morning. The town is an oasis in the middle of nowhere!
The hotel was very nice but there were a few issues: a dried disposable contact on the nightstand; the washcloths smelled as though they had been left wet too long; there was only 1 washcloth in the room.
