"View from our room was excellent. Unsure where the spa was"

"Awesome location and staff were really great"

"Really cosy, clean and safe in my experience. I lived the white and blue. The kitchen and lounge felt homely. Close to the ferry, Thai restaurant, theatre, mini golf. . . A beautiful, rejuvenating place."

"I liked the easy check in"

"Staff were great and accomodating. We arrived"

"We only stayed in the property for a few hours as our late ferry was delayed but we were very impressed with the property and wished we could have made more use of it!"

"Large bright room with nice view out front of boats in the bay. Clean and well equipped. Only stayed one night before the morning ferry but would stay here again if we were going to spend a few days in Picton."

"The room was very clean, maybe a bit small for two people. On the other hand, the bathroom was huge and had everything one needed. The kitchenette had no separate sink, therefore cutlery and dishes had to be cleaned in the bathroom. Parking was free and the owner was really nice. A Tavern with great food is in walking distance, so no need to drive to a restaurant. Altogether, an appealing place to stay where guests get a good night sleep."

"Very clean but dated decor but then that's reflected in the price"

"Good stay thanks"

"Always have a fantastic stay here when in Picton. Great view from the balcony and a wonderful apartment style stay. Unfortunately, the building was under maintenance construction at the time. But it was still great."

"Beautiful , quiet, warm room with a friendly welcome. Would highly recommend."

"Spent three nights in the James cook suite. Spacious, comfortable, two bathrooms. Nice assortment of breakfast options for in room prep. Michelle was very helpful with luggage handling and printing travel documents for us."

"Great place to stay, very handy location"
