The cleanliness of the room was awesome. Bed was comfortable. Love the black rolling chair. Refrigerator actually got cold. Microwave worked fine. Customer service was awesome also at check in and out. Didnt see any bugs. I did not like the water temperature it was warm not really hot. I absolutely did not like the color of the pool. Not sure what was going on but it was too green.

I don’t normally leave written reviews to hotels we book but this once warrants one. Plain and simple, there’s bed bugs. I know there’s bed bugs because we’re having to follow up with the doctor because of an allergic reaction to the bites. If anything we’re also having to file a health report because extremity of the bites and how swollen they’ve gotten. Do yourself a favor and just don’t stay here at all, even for just a night.
