"Didn’t use the tub. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Coffee was good. I like hazelnut on my coffee. They could have other cream options just because there is no breakfast, only free coffee. They give you a voucher for apple 🐝, but it could be for breakfast, it is only for dinner and lunch. If you don’t serve breakfast, it could at least have a beagle or muffins. Cheap grab so we can wait for lunch hours. Just a tip. Overall the location is amazing. Beds and sheets are comfortable. Bath tub needs drainage clean, water doesn’t go down fast enough. Check on your drainage. Have a great day"

"We left early for the day when we got back early evening. Our room wasn’t clean. Bed not changed and no clean towels For what we paid we expected that to be done When I called front desk she was very ignorant about it Even then it took another 2 hrs for someone to come clean out room Most likely will never stay there again "

"The rooms are a bit dated and we were put on a lower floor which made it hard to have a full view of the falls. Breakfast food was good, but we waited for a long time to be seated even when we saw empty tables in the restaurant."

"Excellent hotel for a stay at Niagara Falls. Close to all the action and wonderful views of the American Falls and river. Worth paying the extra money for a river view room. Room was enormous, clean and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but would have liked some fresh juices, cold meats and cheese as an option. Would definitely recommend a stay here"

"30 dollars extra for on site parking plus an additional $15.00 resort fee. Expedia booking said all fees were included. It did say parking was additional so my complaint is on the hidden undisclosed resort fee."
