Leider NICHT GANZ zu unserer Zufriedenheit

Gut geführtes Hotel, SUPER LAGE mitten in Willingen, schönes Schwimmbad, reichhaltiges Frühstück, leider Whrilpool zu kalt, Parkmöglichkeit zu weit weg, Transport des Gepäcks nur über eine Treppe möglich :-( , aber grösstes MANKO, die Kellnerin im Aussenbereich am Samstagabend, sowie beim Frühstück, so etwas geht garnicht, schroffer Tonfall , dumme Sprüche über Gäste und um 21.15 Uhr kein Kaffee mehr, da Kaffeemaschine angeblich schon sauber gemacht, obwohl das Restaurant erst um 22 Uhr schließt und das, wo tausende Menschen zum Schlagerstern in WILLINGEN waren. Das grenzt an Frechheit, seinen eigenen Hotelgästen, wir haben auch im Restaurant gespeist, um diese Uhrzeit KEIN KAFFEE mehr zu bekommen! Das sollte man mal überdenken! Schade

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, prima Team und Verpflegung. Was mich von einem evtl erneuten Besuch abhaelt, ist die Parksituation P4. Einerseits bin ich froh, nicht im Besitz eines Behindertenausweises zu sein, andererseits bin ich nicht so toll mobil mit 66 Jahren und Krebs. Die Lauferei zu P4 ist ein 'Deal-Braker'. Worueber ich mich auch freuen wuerde, waere mehr frisches Obst auf dem Fruehstuecksbuffet. Wassermelone im Sommer ist wunderbar oder verschiedene andere Arten geschnittenes Obst. Vielen Dank fuer Alles

Ein sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Hotel mit einem sauberen und großen Wellnessbereich. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich. Das Essen bietet viel Abwechslung und war sehr lecker. Ich habe meine Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Escapade dans un très bel hôtel de moyenne montagn

Un hôtel très cosy avec très grande chambre avec douche ET baignoire à bulles, Il y a une très belle piscine et un beau sauna. Pour quelques euros de plus vous avez le droit à la demi-pension avec un dîner très copieux, certes de la gastronomie allemande avec Schnitzel ou viandes en sauce un peu lourdes mais ça se laisse manger, surtout après avoir marché dans le froid et la neige !
