"Easy check-in and room was ready. Room was clean, comfortable, and the mini-kitchen is nice. Breakfast options were extremely poor (I would rate it 1 star-worse options I have ever seen) and the staff was so loud. It's early in the am, I don't want to hear about your work/life, etc. It's probably because the breakfast space is right in the entrance and is small and cramped. Overall good and I would stay again."

"Surprisingly our room and bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However the carpet in our room was not and the overall condition of our room and the hotel itself was very poor. I paid Disney price for an old, stinky room because we were in town for Liberty's graduation. The beds were hard with a sheet, no blanket. We couldn't turn the a.c. off or the room would quickly become stuffy and stink. There wasn't an iron (the front desk did locate one) nor hair dryer. They had problems with Direct TV so it wasn't available for awhile. There is no forcing function for them to improve the hotel because of its proximity to the university so it remains a dump and they charge way more than what should be legally allowed. We think someone was living next door to our room. His room was trashed and we heard a cat. I don't think he was paying the Disney prices. We will not stay at this hotel again. I never thought I'd say in my lifetime that I could not afford to stay at a Super 8."
