"Everything was very nice. Staff, super friendly and the Hotel was clean. The only reason I did not give a 5star is, in the pictures online of the accessible room, the beds were on wheels. I was excited because I was traveling with my 41 year old son in a wheelchair. I also travel with a Hoyer lift to lift him in and out of bed. The lift legs go under the bed…so with the bed on wheels would allow that. But, the actual bed was sitting on a platform..|made it very difficult to put him in bed and even more difficult to get him up. Would be nice if handicapped rooms would have beds on wheels to allow the common Hoyer lift to function for those first needing that assistance."

"We stayed in the main converted house. The room was very cool with antique furnishings, a very comfy bed, and a nice balcony with a nice beach view. The one thing that needs improvement is that the old hardwood floor needs to be stripped and refinished badly. The ancient finish has become sticky and quickly soils bare feet. However, this did not hamper our enjoyment."

"parking lot had trash in it the first room smelled like a bunch of wet dogs were in there and I went down to change rooms. The second room also smelled of dog but not as bad, even the beds smelled of wet dog. Tha AC unit was so noisy. All in all the place looked like it was still in the 80"s. The staff was GREAT but the property needs a BIG upgrade."

"Staff wasn’t helpful at all. Didn’t even get a welcome or hello. Did not even get my benefits as a gold member from Hilton. So yea. They sucked. Wouldn’t stay here again. And employees name was Cynthia."

"The pool was disgusting, for only 30 minutes away and for the same price you can enjoy beaches and also clean pools in st.augustine. Not family friendly. "
