"Wow what a wonderful place to stay and rest. Beds and pillows absolutely top notch and cozy and comfortable. Pool awesome and hot tub very nice (though a few times missing around the top edge). Breakfast the next morning was delicious (you order off a menu and it is delivered to your table). Such a great place when you are travelling. Will be coming back on our travels down to States. "

"I’ll start with the good-the bed was comfortable. But so many other issues are leaving this property with a bad impression. When I booked, the description and photos for the different King rooms were the same, but I apparently booked a room with no fridge or microwave. Fine, I made it work. The ice machines were out of service, coffee maker was broken, there was a used bar of soap in the shower. The peep hole was blacked out-I learned this because someone banged on my door yelling as soon as I got to my room. The art fell from the wall at 6am. And on my last morning, I woke up to a handyman hammering on my window. I peeked around the curtains to make him aware there was someone here, and he just waved back! I learned that I had to ask for housekeeping, so I did. And they never came. The WiFi did not work in my room. Oh, and when I tried to call the front desk the first night, I learned that my landline phone was dead. I really should have left to stay somewhere else, but that seemed like a hassle considering my short stay, but with each day something else happening, it would have been worth the hassle. "

"Everything including the room, the view, the staff, the restaurant (dinner and breakfast), the pool, the hot tub, the entire property was exceptional! AJ checked us in, Amber served us for dinner and Isaac for Breakfast! They were each friendly, professional, hospitable and did an outstanding job! The chefs were exceptional! For only $200 we got a 4th floor river view room with a balcony and the most beautiful, breathtaking view in IF! "

"This place may not look like much as you drive up (it’s not bad or anything, but the best part really is the rooms, as should be.) It’s simply the easiest, most economical, convenient place to stay in idaho falls. I’ve been staying here since 2007 and never been disappointed."
