"Hotel was great. The staff was outstanding. I would definitely stay there again. It’s very convenient to get to Pittsburgh and do everything that we wanted to do. The only thing I can say bad about the place is the toilet that we had in our room did not fill all the time we had to take the back off and adjust it manually ourselves a few times."

"Our check-in was very smooth and the staff are friendly and professional. Our room was very clean. Breakfast is grab and go - hard boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, granola bars, and muffins."

"Stayed here recently and overall it was an average experience. The location was a big plus; being close to downtown Pittsburgh made it really convenient to get around. The room itself was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the electronic fireplace was a nice touch that kept the room warm and cozy. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue. When we arrived, there were crumbs on the sofa and parts of the floor felt sticky. The room just didn’t feel as clean as it should have been. The lighting was another downside; there’s a lot of natural light during the day, but at night the room is very dim and hard to see in. Overall, it’s a “you get what you pay for” kind of place. Some good features, but definitely room for improvement."

"The Lawrenceville location was perfect for us. There was a lot of street noise, though. They should have better insulated windows in the rooms."

"We have stayed here before, but this time it was not good. The room had only 1 towel, half a roll of toilet paper, no hair dryer (but the wal rack was there), and the A/C was subpar. There were no drinking cups however there was an ice bucket. :/ My husband described the 3 small pillows "as flat as the Kansas praire." And when our pizza was delivered to the front desk instead of our room, no one called to tell us. Granted, the delivery driver was at fault in that too, but the front desk staff was there too. The room key actually says, "Need Room Service? Dominos delivers." Dont be fooled.... they do not. The sheets were stained, but they were clean. The furniture was broken and dingy. Parking was fine. We will stay elsewhere next time, even if we do have to spend more. "
