"Stayed a couple of nights in August. Nice bar and pub restaurant right in the centre of Arundel. On street parking was easy to find on a Sunday night and there's a large Pay and Display car park right at the back of the hotel. Nicely appointed and well-equipped room albeit a bit small for 2 adults and 2 dogs plus luggage to fit commfortably (maybe bigger rooms exist). Helpful staff and a good breakfast included. "Excellent staff and dining. Bedroom was spacious with good shower but the bed creaked, was too soft and you wallowed when moving. "

"Friendly welcome and very helpful. Nicely decorated room, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Good selection at breakfast. Would have been better if maybe you could help yourself to juice, cereals, yogurts and pastries. Nicely cooked, well presented English breakfast although could have done with another egg! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Village of Angmering lovely with few cafes and shops. Excellent base to visit Petworth and surrounding Sussex countryside. Great for visiting...

"Our stay was interrupted by a scheduled power cut over one night which was inconvenient. Alternative arrangement was provided but the low humming noise of power generators next to our rooms made sleeping challenging. Hotel took notice of our feedback."

"A lovely hotel - we stayed in the Bruni room which overlooked the garden and had shutters as well as blinds for the windows which really helps with the heat of summer. The staff were absolutely lovely from start to finish, really looking after us even though there was a large party in for a wedding. We expected to hear noise from the wedding but didn’t! "EXPEDIA CHARGED US WELL OVER THE USUAL PRICE AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! THE HOTEL DRIVE IN OVER STONES NOT WELL MAINTAINED POTHOLES NOT FILLED IN THE WHOLE OF OUR STAY. "We booked here last minute, and what a wonderful choice. The staff were simply incredible and really friendly. We came in a little early to see if we could check in early, and within 15 minutes we were sorted. The bar staff were great, we didn't have to wait for service and drinks and again really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was perfect!
