Great stay. Hotel looks run down outside but the inside is great and looks to have been done up. Staff lovely and friendly, food great and everything you need in the room.

The Lion Hotel Shrewsbury
It is a wonderful historic building, but very run down . Some parts, eg the listed ballroom is closed needing roof repairs. Threadbare carpets, although bedding and towels changed each day there was poor bathroom supplies. I believe it is for sale. So fingers crossed because it’s in a good position ...

Long Mountain Centre
The cabin is situated in the most beautiful and peaceful area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the cabin really let it down. We bought a full shop on the way to check in, but we couldn’t use the oven as all the numbers had worn off around the dials. A lot of food and money wasted, which is frustrating ...
