"The room smelled funky, it was dingy, old, the pillows were horrible, room was dusty and noisy. I don’t think the phone or any of the lamps have been wiped down in very long time. The AC was not great either. It was freezing cold or hot.The freeway is close by and the walls are thin you can hear people outside and people upstairs since we were on the bottom floor. You have to get maintenance to come and open the pool for you and that takes forever. There isn’t an ice machine on every level, which is also annoying and the ice machine was filthy. The TVs didn’t work. The guy checking us is in in the evening was really kind, but the day stuff seemed to not want to move to help us. The shower took forever to get hot. And there’s no counter in the bathroom to put your toiletry bag on. "

"I stayed at Motel 6 recently and overall had a good experience for the price. The room was very clean, which is always a top priority for me. The staff was also friendly and welcoming, making check-in easy and pleasant. That said, there were a few downsides. The room didn’t have an iron or hairdryer, and there was no proper blanket—just a thin sheet, which made it pretty cold at night. Even with those minor inconveniences, it’s still a solid option if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay. Clean, simple, and a good value for the money."
