"We REALLY wanted to love this historic, charming, quirky property located ideally inside the magnificent Chautauqua Institution. LeAnn clearly goes above and beyond to ensure all guests enjoy a delightful stay. But far too much falls on her shoulders. "The Spencer Hotel is a unique gem in a quaint lake community. I stayed 2 days and met the wonderful owners. My king sized bed was comfy and my bathroom was handpainted with forest scenery. Every room was themed in its own literary cultural way. Breakfast was homemade and delicious vs the continental food that most hotel chains would feed you. If attending an event at the Chautauqua Amphitheater, it was right outside the main front door. Short walk to the lake and beach area to watch the boats and let kids play. Thank you for this experience. "
"We were beyond happy. Our room had a lg private balcony, a gas fireplace, a sm kitchen, a lg jacuzzi tub. The manager was so kind, the room was super clean. We enjoyed our stay there, and highly recommend Webbs Hotel!"
