"We had a fabulous 9 night stay at Dunclutha House. Julie and Richard were fabulous hosts. The room was fabulous, teas & home made shortbread delivered daily, room and restroom were always kept up. "On arrival I spoke with the Owner as on previous occasions we have been in a room with no heating in the middle of winter and on another occasion, no hot water for showering when we stayed for two nights, despite complaining about the fact we had no water. On this occasion we did have heating and the shower was warm but not hot. "Good morning,
I just wanted to let you know that I experienced a few problems with breakfast during our stay.
Firstly, on Saturday morning, when I asked for a coffee, I was given a half cup of cold black coffee by a young man. I did not say anything at the time. The following morning, I bought my own coffee and noticed that everyone else in the restaurant was being served coffee in a small cafetière. I did not understand why this was not offered to me.
