"Clean very friendly staff"

"The hotel needs some updates, carpet needs to be removed and replaced with LVT, carpet is gross. Breakfast could use a few more options, same eggs every day, no meat at all. But the worst part was the bed and pillows! The bed was hard and unable to sleep in it all night, tossing and turning and waking up in pain and the pillows were flat and hard, we bought 2 new ones at Walmart -not expensive ones as we couldn't bring them home-just to try to have enough to try to sleep! We were there 6 nights and sleep was terrible! Staff seemed nice. "

"Had to check out 1 day earlier, both of our beds were very old with no support, they were just old and needed to be changed out. Because of our early departure hotel wouldn't issue any refunds. Rest of hotel was good. "

"Location was great for access to all the area has to offer. Pool area was great for the kids and not too crowded. The condo was new, clean, and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay at Terra Vista."

"The pool area and gym was great. The phone service was horrible so if you are staying for work and need your phone a lot it is not the best. Other than that the stay was great!"

"We stayed here with two of our adult children; there was plenty of space for us, and the condo was nice. The challenge we all had was with the comfort of our beds; the mattresses were not as comfortable as we would have liked. The pillows in the master were good, not so good in the bunk room. The kitchen was lacking in a few things, in particular a blender, which I would expect would be a normal appliance in a kitchen. We were without one for 3 of the 4 mornings we were there (one was delivered after breakfast on the 3rd day). We are all protein smoothie lovers. The management company was great about responding to our concerns, very friendly and as helpful as they could be. The pool/hottub/workout area was nice and we really enjoyed some time there. The condo complex was pretty quiet, which we appreciated very much; it is pretty close to the freeway and there was some noise from it, but not disruptive at all. It was convenient for getting on the freeway quickly. The value was great during our stay, pretty cost friendly. I was very surprised there was no elevator in the building, so the trek up to the top floor with all our things (and back down) was a good workout which we didn't mind. "

"Positives: It's located in a beautiful, secluded area dotted with red rock hillsides and mountains. The amenities are great. Their sister property, Terra, has an amazing swimming pool featuring a lazy river and water slide. Also, the condo is at least as big as the kind of suite with kitchenette you would find at a hotel like Homewood Suites. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. And it has a nice patio with a barbecue grill that we did not take advantage of. Negatives: it could have been A LOT cleaner! The carpeting in the living room with the pull-out bed has deep stains on it and needs to be shampooed or professionally cleaned. When we looked under the cushions of the love seat, there were tons of food crumbs. That was very disappointing and a big turnoff. It appears that the cleaning crew that turns the condo over to the next guest only does superficial cleaning. In addition, while larger than an average hotel room, it seems far smaller than the 1290 square feet that it's advertised as. The listed square footage must have included the patio. We were underwhelmed. Overall, the condo has some plusses, but it didn't quite live up to our expectations."
