"Breakfast was good . Unfortunately we went through our first full day without hot water . This was really unacceptable. When staff contacted, we were told it is because of the amount of occupancy. I am sorrry but I have never stayed in any hotel or motel that did not have efficient amount of hot water for its possible max occupancy. And this was not a full occupancy timeframe.
