"Perfect Hotel "

"I love how they had a couch cover set up for our dog. We only allow our dog going on couches when there is a waterproof blanket on it for the reason of keeping the couch clean. Even though we did not let the dog be on the couch in the hotel, we did appreciate this kind efforts in keeping room nice and clean. "

"I have stayed at the Fairmont in Banff twice and this property in Whistler did not disappoint either. The whole experience was absolutely seamless and I literally could not make one complaint. Every single staff member was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the facilities were excellent. The food and beverages on offer in all areas were some of the best i have had in Canada. I cannot wait to return!!!"

"The coffee and pastry prices are a bit unusually expensive — almost ridiculously so. For example, a croissant at $17 is something I have never seen in my life. I find that a bit unreasonable. That said, the service is excellent and the place itself is wonderful. The concierge system, in my opinion, could benefit from some improvement to be a bit more efficient. Overall, it is a very beautiful hotel, and the staff are extremely kind — especially the ski staff, who are particularly lovely."

"Great location. Clean hotel with small, attentive staff. Excellent dinner restaurant. Minor drawback: no breakfast or lunch. Indoor hot tub disappointing versus neighboring hotels with beautiful outdoor areas, large hot tub and heated pool. Management promptly resolved vibrating pipe noise in the wall by upgrading room to a king suite. Professional service."

"Great pool and hot tub, nice to have food and drink options in the lobby and a spa onsite-although pricey. Some staff were helpful and friendly and others didn't seem to care about their jobs. Location is amazing but biggest issue was our room had a crack along the ceiling where it meets the wall and we could hear every word from the room next door which was very disappointing and aggravating, hotel offered 1 night free parking which was ok I guess but wouldn't stay there again."

"Excelente hotel, su ubicación es inmejorable en el centro de "Village Centre", cerca de las pistas de sky, las góndolas y la estación de autobuses. Scott en la recepción fue muy amable. El cuarto es como se ve en las fotos, muy amplio y limpio, el único inconveniente es que ponen la calefacción para todos los cuartos y no es posible ajustarla o apagarla, así que tuvimos calor y no pudimos hacer nada para resolverlo pero nada que afectara nuestra estancia ahi. Recomendable 100% y esperamos...

"Avoid staying here at all cost. It is easily the worse hotels in Whistler that I stayed at - and I’ve stayed in hostels there! From the pile of garbage that greets you in the parking garage, to the dilapidated doors and hallways that Lead to the front desk/ the entire way in just gets worse. "Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person. The room...
