Good value

This was a great price to stay close to the Whistler action so I was okay with the fact that it was less than gorgeous. Very nice front desk attendant! The fireplace was a nice bonus.

The maintenance of the unit was terrible. The front door latch only had a single loose screw and was unsecure. The back door had a broken handle. The fly screen door didn't slide. The blinds caught on each other. The sinks were chipped. The kitchen faucet was fixed height, low. The refrigerator had 5 large cracks. The Formica in the bathroom was broken. Some doors were delaminating. The hotel is nice enough and parking is better than some.

Improvements needed

Be upfront of all the fees and don't charge clients a cleaning fee then ask them to take out the garbage and load/start the dishwasher. It really makes you wonder exactly why your paying for cleaning fee.

Great space for families intending to cook

The place was nice with most things you'd need for cooking. It was too much space for 2 people, and more expensive than we expected by around $200, so that was an unpleasant surprise given that we couldn't back out upon discovering that.

Great start for a ski day

This accommodation is a short walking distance from Wizard ski lift. Great start for a ski day! The interior has a bit aged and would be benefit from a reno and some noise insulation. The positive: the kitchen is very functional.

Affordable diamond in the ruff

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a beautiful stay. The actual condos are a bit outdated, but the location made up for any shortcomings of the room. Whistler is absolutely beautiful, and you can walk everywhere!

Nice apartment in a great location. Easy walk/ski to the Blackcomb chairlifts. Free shuttle to Whistler Village every 10 min. Ski locks.

Location is great in a quiet part of upper village. We booked on the second floor to be able to open the windows for some air as this place does not have AC!! in all 28 rooms; when we got there our room was still occupied! apparently they double booked our room216 we had a reservation for, we were moved to two bedroom 110 on the first floor... which actually was ground floor! all windows accept one! were solid locked. During our stay the temperature in Whistler was 38C so we had to leave the sliding doors in one of the bedrooms and leaving room wide open during the night for some fresh air, hoping for the best as in regards to security. For the hot summer days this place is a NO.

So disappointing

Room 201 was as pictured. Nice updates to the kitchen but the place was DIRTY. Dirt had been swept into piles in the corners of the kitchen. 6/7 dishes that I pulled out of the cupboards to use were dirty, they had food dried onto them. So gross! The tvs were so old and small, basically unusable. The kids loved the bunk bed in the second bedroom but the master bed was just sad. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the bedding hasn't been replaced since the 80's I'm certain. Nothing about that bed was desirable. I was dreading going to bed each night and actually slept with the kids one night because of it. No air conditioning made for a very hot and sweaty stay. There were two fans and when I asked for a third at the front desk the girl simply shrugged her shoulders and said there weren't any. I've never experienced such terrible service! The only redeeming quality was the pool. It's big and clean and we really enjoyed our couple of swims. Will never return to this place.

The sink and shower would not drain. If you brushed your teeth or took a shower it took hours for the water to drain. This was the only negative part of my stay. But it was quite annoying. The staff was friendly and overall everything was good.

An older, but ski out and ski in lodge.

Secure parking garage. Ski storage room is secure, but bring your own rack lock. Elevator does not go to garage- same floor as lobby, but must bring everything in on carts through two unaligned doors. Due to " mezanine" floors your baggage cart may be unable to get to your room. Desk girls are excellent. Room 315 was ok. Kitchen has lots pots n pans toaster n stuff ( no hand held mixer). Bathroom ok, but little round commode a challenge. Plenty of towels. Bdrm - ok, comfy bed.lvg room-green n yellow colors ? Sofa bed could be replaced: fabric old. Loft area is nice , 2 twin beds, & has pvt commode n sink. Some stair steps slope so hold onto rail. Overall a nice stay for an older place . The garage needs hosed out once a month to keep the dustiness under control. We'd stay there again- its a nice, average overall place. The front desk is super helpful- the tall girl w black hair is always so cheerful and knowledgeable and was very nice to my whole family-"Thank-you."

VERY DECEIVING--not ski-in, "hidden fees"

VERY DECEIVING! It is NOT ski-in and out as advertised. Only with lots of snow (I stayed there during one of best snow conditions) was there enough snow to partially ski through. You have to carry skis across the street and pole your way, much of the path was uphill, with people walking on the same path. On the way back, you have to take a different path and must be able to recognize the back of the condos since there is no sign--it's a tough uphill walk (>20 minutes) with your gear if you miss it. Condo: fan and hair dryer were not working- I called to request them to be fixed (but they were never fixed during my 5 day stay). I had to go ski with wet hair since the hair dryer was broken and it was snowing all day! Sheets were stiff like cardboard, making it very uncomfortable. Not enough hot water to last for 2 quick showers (20 minutes total). I will not be staying here again!

Good spot for The price at the end of town. But the free shuttle shuttle service makes things easy.

Look elsewhere ...$120 cleaning fees

OK location, dated facility, overpriced and $120 cleaning fees or more per stay which is outrageous given there is no daily maid service either. Expedia SHOULD indicate the cleaning fees right where the room rate appears, NOT under additional fees that people need to scroll down to find it. You may not see the cleaning fees until you book your stay. Even when you are already paying $120 for just three nights stay, the reservation terms indicates if you leave any garbage that results in the cleaner having to take "any" garbage out of the room while cleaning you will be billed an "additional charge" at the time of cleaning. Bathroom fan was giving up making extremely loud noise which we asked for help and no one showed up to take a look at it. Stay somewhere else.

It's good enough overall. Location: Take a few minutes walk to the nearest slope. (Bus is also available.) Room: Quite comfort. But it might be too dried air in winter season, it's better to have humidifier or something. Facilities: There's a laundry room. It costs 1.75 CAD for laundry, 1.75 CAD for dryer and 0.5 CAD for detergent capsule, which you can buy at front desk. (as of 2017/Feb.)

Close to resort.

Good place to stay but it is outdated. These owner/rented and there were a lot of fees associated that you dont see up front. For that reason I won't be staying there again.

Great location. Terrific staff.

This ski in ski out location was ideal for us with our five year old taking a week of ski lessons. The rooms are quiet. The valet ski service backed up pretty badly a couple of times but the places always have one thing they could improve. We met lots of families and thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Keep in mind that parking is an extra fee. About $20 per day.
