"This was a one night stay when traveling home. The room was clean the staff was amazing. The only issue we had was it would have been nice to have shades that would darken the room. It only had blinds and the lights outside were bright. The room was so light it had shadows when you looked around. "

"Lots to do for family: mini golf, volleyball, ping pong, pool chess, Hot tub, pool. Even occasional special events. Great staff, but only person on desk so you might have to wait to check in. Different types of properties, ours was dated but clean, smelled fine, spacious. No breakfast without a sales pitch but that was expected. Do look at your receipt: $17 resort fee not included even if Expedia states everything included. But that is not on the resort. Overall a great value for families!"

"The Manager was rude, disrespectful and had a terrible attitude. Very few amenities. You have to do an additional purchase for several amenities that would normally be in a hotel room. We checked out "

"Good place to stay while visiting the historic triangle. Safe location. 2 bedroom suite can accommodate 6 people. Nice amenities; enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. This is a good place for families; has kid friendly activities."

"Horrible experience staying at this so called resort. Customer service is rude at the front desk and unprofessional. Housekeeping shows up at your room and walks in without even knocking. Management is a joke (was told more than once there was no manager available to talk to when I had issues), the room/apartment was absolutely filthy (spiders everywhere, hair in the showers, Jacuzzi tub was so dirty that even rubbing alcohol couldn't clean it, cob webs everywhere and the property expects you to take out the trash without providing an adequate amount of trash bags. It was one of the worst hotels/resorts I have ever stayed at. I am disabled and explained to the customer service that I needed assistance and they laughed at me over the phone and told me it wasn't their problem. "

"The front attendant was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet despite the fact that a large group of students was staying. The decor was Interesting but the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was standard but the coffee was actually good. Very close to William and Mary and Colonial Williamsburg. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay there again."
