"Got the newly renovated 5th floor. Beautiful clean and quiet. Coffee was decent too. Tv worked perfectly. Thanks!"

"The little fella at the front was very helpful after I accidentally booked one bed for an evening o’ instead of two! Thank you fella"

"Clean but wish I had coffee maker in my room"

"The breakfast as always was great. Unfortunately, the lot was being repaved when we arrived and the construction worker bashed on our window when we parked to tell us we had to move to a different parking lot. When we entered the lobby after parking around the back of the hotel the receptionist was in the phone and ignored us for almost 10 minutes until he saw me grab the managers card then asked what our last name was. He then continued to talk on the phone for 5 more minutes before asking me...

"I got put way in the last room in the floor. For my age it was a huge walk to get there to my room. Long, long walk!"

"I had to travel from Bangkok to Cincinnati at the last minute for the funeral of my beloved godfather, who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. I always stay in the West Chester area since it’s close to family, and I’m familiar with the Aloft brand from other cities. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I try to stay within their portfolio, and this hotel met my needs perfectly. During my 6-day stay, every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. My room was stylish, comfortable, and...

"The rooms and hotel were very clean. Checking in was a breeze. On day one after a late dinner and so much driving we got back to the hotel and realized that it was that time of the month for our daughter. Dreading having to go out, we went to the front desk hoping they had some feminine products for sale...while they did not. Julius who was managing the front desk that evening went ABOVE and BEYOND! Not only did he track some down for my daughter, he also was kind enough to drop them off at...

"Very clean, safe and reasonably quiet. Food onsite was fresh and delicious. Most importantly, the staff was SO nice and friendly. I always appreciate it when greeted with a warm smile and helpful demeanor after traveling all day. The room was excellent, especially the bed and linens. Rooms also have a microwave and Keurig as well as hand soap, lotion, and shampoo. Fresh clean unisex scent too. Room darkening shades, free parking, close to restaurants and freeway onramp. Prob the best...

"Stay here often. Always clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and kickback. Staff friendly. Older property so doesn’t have the bar/kitchen to order drinks and food."

"Clean and comfortable room. Newer furniture and nicely equipped kitchenette. Bathroom was sparkling clean with Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries a unique touch. Delicious breakfast buffet with fine options above and beyond the usual breakfast options at hotels. Lovely stay overall"

"The lady at the front desk at check out was very nice, the way she asked about our experience was genuinely kind. The breakfast was good. The only downside was that the gel shower dispenser in the bathtub was empty and the toilet seat was shabby."
