"The reception area was closed on a sunday 5pm? The hotel is undergoing renovation with fences all around and a portable toilet outside. Was not even able to get into my room. The phone number on the site did not get any response after dozen of tries. This is probably a good hotel during the school year since its close to the uinversity but for the summer it looks like I was going to be the only guest and was not even able to get in!"

Negative: - Although you pay an extra energy fee, warm water for a shower was not available before 06:30. - Checkout at the evening before leaving took me 20 minutes. That was the time the receptionist needed to print the bill correctly. - Although there is a 24 h service, when leaving early morning, I had to run and search the receptionist to unlock the main entrance. "The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"
