"Hotel was very nice and staff were great. Some stuff under renovations but other than the workers moving around you would not know. Shuttle drivers very helpful. "

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

"The staff were fabulous and super helpful. We showed up 4 hours early and they had a room ready for us without any grief at all. Ski check was easy and fast. "Great central location but with that comes noise and more partying guests. Staff were great at managing a large late night party in the room next door. The mattresses could use an upgrade and I couldn't figure out how to control the temperature in the room so it was quite hot. The murphy bed rooms are oddly configured making it hard to get around. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, etc. The room was very clean. I'd consider etaying here again."

"Had friendly service at the front desk. Room was spacious but lots of dinged up walls, doors, even torn carpet. The place seemed clean but didn't feel like it since a bit dated and shower tile grout should be cleaner. We had a 1 bedroom king with mountain view. Mountain view was nice. Bedroom was larger than the living area - I think it should have been the other way around. Microwave and fridge definitely a bonus. Bed and pillows were comfy."
