"Passing through El Paso"

"The staff was not to bad. It’s just that the room that they provide us was really, really dirty the floor was really sticky like they didn’t mop the sheets were dirty. The restroom was also really disgusting like they didn’t clean the restroom. Then they moved us to a different room because I complain and when they moved us to a different room , it was just a bit clean, but once we were there, it was the same thing there were ants on the restroom it was a horrible experience than I spoke to...

"Location was very convenient. Staff was warm and friendly. Very clean hotel and our room was in good material condition. We had a very pleasant stay."

"We got a room at check in with people already in there. Had to go back to front desk to request another room. Elevator was very slow and I was unable to take my breakfast up to my room."

"El mejor Hotel del Paso para ir de compras"

"The bathroom was small and the shower felt like a pressure washer. Other than that the room was ok."

"I did not like that I reserved a room with a king-size bed and got a two-small-bed room. The room was in terrible conditions. Patches all over the walls and roof, the fire alarm was missing which created a hole in the wall. The sheets smelled bad and i had stains all over the pillow covers. Shower head did not work properly"

"The sofa bed was not functioning properly and was very difficult to fold and unfold. We specifically requested two beds, but we were given a suite with only one bed and a sofa bed that did not work properly. Additionally, there were no glasses available for serving water. The carpet had a large, discolored stain that appeared dirty and possibly uncleaned. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations, and the accommodations were disappointing. I hope management will address these issues to...

"Easy accessibility, quiet property and nice staff."
