"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"Beautiful location! The room was great; spacious, modern, and clean. The trip was to celebrate my sister's birthday. The hotel sent a bottle of prosecco and snacks to our room as a gift! It was so thoughtful! We also each got a robe and slippers to use at the pool and hot tub. I would 100% stay here again. We had an amazing time. Oh, the hotel bar/restaurant happy hour is also fantastic! "

"Our stay was great. If you enjoy the charm of a heritage house you’ll love it. The room was very clean and has an upgraded bathroom. The breakfast is really nice too. It’s served in a “high tea” style. Staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"Very clean, easy check in, everything was great. One mote is its loud at night, understandable given it is down town. Didnt yhink about that when booking, however the location was fantastic for being in the center of everything you want to see. Very walkable and all around fantastic hotel. Old, but well kept! "

"Enjoyed my stay. It was a bucket list item! It was clean! It was quiet. There are robes and I love dark towels! The bed is warm with a firm mattress. At home I have a 4 inch memory foam topper, so a firm mattress was a very different sleep for me. My favorite was having a seal swim by as I was having my morning coffee!
