"This hotel is a great location but it felt a little worn down and cramped and the parking was a bit of a nightmare. The rooms were beautiful but the view onto the street not so much. Breakfast was just okay. We only stayed here one night but compared to all the other fabulous stays we had in Ireland, I would not return to this hotel. We did love that they gave us bags of O’Donnell’s potato chips - the best potato chips we had in Ireland. That was a nice touch."

"I liked the staff. They were helpful. However, one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the spa. Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive to the hotel and get checked in until about 7:15 or 7:30. I immediately went to the spa for a soak and sauna but discovered it closed at 8:00. I couldn’t use the pool as I didn't have a bathing cap. I could use the hot tub but half the jets didn’t work. "Well appointed modern room, well laid out public spaces. The restaurant and bar were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with custom orders as well as a buffet. The staff were really helpful and friendly and went out of their to make our visit enjoyable"

"The Staff were nice. The breakfasts were excellent! The room was super spacious. Water, coffee, tea and cookie snacks always offered in room. King size bed was good. Nice property on a lakeside view. Nice bar/lounge area. Large and many lounging areas. Spa requires swim caps so bring one! They do sell them €3.50. Hot Tub was in repair stage. "The resort is a bit out of the way but that was what made it special. No cell phone coverage at the resort so you have time to reset and enjoy your surroundings."
