"From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and friendly, after a 3 and half hour journey we had a lovely roast dinner and a beer which went down very well. We were then shown our room which was perfect, and matched the quaint pub, the bed was comfortable. tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, & water readily available, en-suite with shower and t.v. Breakfast was lovely all fresh and local produce. Final evening we had a lovely meal which coincided with my husbands birthday, the dessert came out...

"I had a really excellent stay here and one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and clearly part of a recent refurbishment. Everything felt fresh, well decorated, and well looked after. What stood out even more than the room was the customer service. Laura was exceptional.
