"Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The room was great, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and I was also pleased with the on-property restaurants. The food and overall resort experience were both very good. My only real complaint was a dog barking repeatedly in a guest room on my floor, which disturbed the peace and quiet I expected during my stay. I contacted the front desk, and they offered to move me to another room. I appreciated the offer, but by that point I had already been in my room for three of my four days, so packing everything up and moving for the final night wasn’t very practical. Aside from that issue, I enjoyed my stay and would return. I just wish the staff had addressed the barking issue directly rather than putting the burden on another guest to relocate. Overall, it was a very good resort experience, but one frustrating problem kept it from earning a higher rating."

"Everything was fine with the exception of breakfast. Very, very limited. The associate preparing the breakfast had an attitude when we asked for more eggs to be put out. Housekeeping and front desk personnel were great."

"Had major issue with the room cards. Either the room cards were faulty or the card reader on the room door(201) was faulty. Had to reprogram the room cards three times on the arrival date, two times on the next day, and one time on the day we left."
