"Rooms are a bit aged. Needed to lean hard on the door to engage the deadbolt, and then it was difficult to open. Stairwell carpet was dirty, needs to be vacuumed. Breakfast was decent. Still trying to resolve that the hotel billed me for my stay, even though I booked and paid through Expedia."

"Fun facilities, everything was very clean"

"The facility is needing renovation. First room we got smelled. They put us In another . Overall was ok for just the night"

"Customer Service is excellent!"

"Front desk clerk is awesome. We had an issue with our TV, called her for help, and she made the time within her busy schedule (check in time) to try to fix the TV. Not within her scope of work, she immediately called maintenance to resolve the issue. Within 30 minutes TV was working. Breakfast was good, coffee was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Room was okay, bed was comfortable, one issue though, we were on 2nd floor, and could hear every step made above us. Suspect a child, not...
