"Clean room, not much of a view"

"I liked the casino and the Tournament of Kings show was much better than expected."

"Hotel generally has a smell. It's smoke mixed with bad air freshener. From check in you have to hike to your rooms depending on the room. This is only bad if you have lots of luggage. Even with a cart it's a bit much. The room itself was nice. However the ac is right next to one of our beds and does circulate the air much. The location of the hotel is at the end of the strip so take that into consideration when you book. It's a bit of a bus ride, walk to get to the main part. If your are driving then it'll be fine. "

"This hotel was severely underwhelming. The establishment itself was average however it was the desk staff that killed the vibe. Seriously, from the start the room we paid for which was a king and a side off twin bed was not what we got and when we asked about it the were very abrasive to respond a double queen was all they had. They also put us a family with small children in a room with expected water maintenance and didn’t tell us. When we questioned this the managers tone was short and unbelievably unconcerned that we’d have no water for a period of time. He offered a few water bottles as compensation as if a family of four could shower with a few bottles of water. There was hidden resort fees that were not explained properly by any front desk staff. All together Planet Hollywood would not be on my list of hotels to stay when in Vegas. The staff here feels like they’re entitled to treat you like crap. Zero out of ten, would not recommend."

"Room in Versailles tower was clean and nicely managed BUT it was very far from check in and casino. We should have checked in at Horseshoe desk because it was much closer and more easily accessed. We went to Horseshoe casino because of this. Machine in front of Paris casino were broken."
