"We loved the view of the loch and harbour from our room! Great breakfast, comfortable bed and warm greeting upon arrival (with a welcome drink and snack). We stayed only the night before our ferry crossing to Lewis, but loved Ullapool. From the hotel, it was an easy walk to the town center with plenty of dining options. Unfortunately the next morning, we discovered that our rental car had been keyed in the parking lot. Despite this, a lovely town and highly recommended hotel."

"I booked a room described as a 'Double or twin room with sea view'. In the notes of the booking, I requested twin beds but I was allocated a double room. The man serving me - older gentleman, white hair - would have struggled to care less. No apology, he just blamed Expedia and gave us a room with no view, which wasn't how we wanted to end our trip. There are signs everywhere telling guests what all the rules are. The hotel feels like an old people's home rather than a holiday destination. ...

"Right from opening the door, we were welcomed by Richard and had a comfortable cute room.. we did have twin beds but we had had a long drive from Skye with many stops so it was welcome rest. The facility had a lot of space that was available to use and many interesting books and travel magazines to use for planning and learning purposes. "Buena ubicación para un roadtrip. Puedes pasear por el pueblito al lado de puente y ver las impresionantes vistas del mismo desde abajo. Algo mediocre la limpieza. Debajo de la cama estaba sucísimo y al moverla un poco para colocarla cerca de la pared para que no cayese el bebé de la cama nos encontramos con hasta restos de comida. "Very lovely stay in the pod. It was clean and cozy and comfortable. We did not receive the instructions for how to check in but contacted the host and solved the problem. It was stressful because there is very little internet access in that area. The beautiful beach is a short walk away."
