"Parkview Inn Motel in Cañon City, Colorado. It is an excellent value, especially for the comfort and service provided. The room was clean and welcoming, and the bed was super comfortable with soft sheets and great pillows, which made for a very restful night. The breakfast was also very good and a nice way to start the day. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay, making the experience feel warm and personal. Overall, Parkview Inn Motel is a great choice in Cañon City if you are looking for comfort, good service, and great value. I would definitely stay here again."

"When I arrived at the hotel I found out that the room I had reserved was given to another customer. When I complained about it they said because I had booked through Hotels.com they could not do anything about it. Even though they did give me a King room without the jacuzzi tub they could not give me the lesser price on the regular room. I was very disappointed and they would not do anything for me. The pool and the hot tub were both down so it was a very disappointing stay. The attitude of staff was that of mediocre concern. Because of this issue of not being able to do anything because I booked through Hotels.com in the future I won't be booking much through Hotels.com in the future. I had a booking through Hotels.com but because of what happened I canceled the Las Vegas trip. I called the hotel directly amd received amuch better deal plus if anything does happens they can do something about."

"There was an overpowering air freshener smell all night coming from the hallway that I woke up to every few minutes. The room we were placed at was right next to an exit door, and we could hear the door open and close throughout the night. The covers were skimpy/thin."

"I have been going to Canon City for years due to family events, I was out there last year, and this was not an option. Hotel St. Cloud is the best addition to a great Colorado destination. Think classy in a very 'Titanic' way, beautiful building, every detail has been recreated to immerse yourself in a forgotten way of luxury and service. Rooms were immaculate with state-of-the-art bathing rooms. Chelsey had my name after the first visit to the bar. Running on east coast time, the front desk was accommodating for very early morning hot water for tea needs. The Gathering Room has wonderful sitting areas, fireplace, pool table for group gatherings and local musicians in the evening. Check out the Speak Easy War Room, (ask for the secret access!). Probably the best recommendation is the staff, they love this place and it shows in every single interaction with a guest."

"Sheets were dirty, slept on top of cover. Toilet had a ring around the water, disgusting. No sink stopper. No Kleenex, empty. Broken refrigerator door, couldn’t open properly. Coffee had offer grounds in the cup. Only cereal and milk for breakfast. Plug outlets didn’t hold a plug. Really run down. Wouldn’t dare use the heater. Didn’t take a shower. Never going back. "
