Gourgous building, great location, worst staff
"The Gainsbourgh: a hotel in the best location in Bath, inside a gorgeous building reberbished with refine taste and the plus of a hot spring pool in the spa area. Unfortunatelly with no "soul" at all, hard to believe in a city like Bath that is so distictive. We spend there 4 or 5 days last year ..."

Loved it!
"I loved everything about this hotel. The location, the staff was excellent - I forgot my laptop charger and they did everything they could to help, the room was clean. It was a little small, but it was still nice."

"The property was in excellent condition and very clean - as if it was brand new for us. There is no housekeeping (extra fee) but will empty the garbage, so be aware of towel use. Very close to restaurants, grocery and main attractions. The beds are comfy; the sofabed not so much as to be expected. ..."

"Amazing hospitality and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I cant recommend this property enough. Very clean, immaculate in fact. Safe and quiet, what more could you ask for."
