"Everything about the hotel was great except the front desk staff. We found they were very reluctant to do anything from ringing up charges to printing receipts. They did not want to get off their phones to do anything from ringing work."

The Hibernation Station

"Room was just what we needed for the trip to Yellowstone National Park. It was clean and comfortable. The log construction and decoration was in the theme of the area. The location was ideal for convenient travel to park and access to eating in town. The staff was accommodating of our (very) late arrival. No delay to get in the room to rest."

Lake View Suites

"From the outside the hotel looked a bit old and we were nervous when we drove up. The owners have tried to renovate the rooms but they used Amazon faucets and showerhead that are cheap. The stove had to be 25+ years old. Key things to know before you visit... -This is a small motel, I think maybe 10 rooms. -The location is good in relation to the West Yellowstone entrance. It takes about 15-20 minutes to drive to West Yellowstone. -Check In is truly at 4pm, do NOT arrive a minute earlier. Their lobby is locked and they won't let you in until 4pm. -The rooms are clean, we felt comfortable with the cleanliness. - The beds are pretty comfortable but pillows are like sleeping on nothing, so I recommend bringing your own. - The showerhead is very low, if you are over 5'6" showering may be a little challenging. The water pressure is also not so good, so women with thick hair, it takes a while to rinse your hair. - The view is SPECTACULAR, you can't beat the lake views."
