"Fire alarm at 1 am with no explanation. We got up, got dressed and then it stopped. No shower gel in the bathroom and horrific queues at the bar. Convenient location but a lot of money for not very much"

"A nice Edwardian hotel with many Victorian gothic features. Well maintained and undated. Lots of shaded parking available. Pros: nice breakfast Cons:room space.
"Too small family room( 2 adults and 2 kids), and too small bathroom and toilet. Family room should have more space . Need more cloth hangers. We stay only 1 night so its ok to bear, but if more than 2 nights,it could be terrible experience."

"The property was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what I was looking for. Close to the main town of Glastonbury as it took a short drive to get there. The accommodation was very clean. Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good. Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there. ..."

"The check-in staff was amazing. The apartment was exactly what I needed with a refrigerator, sink and lots of space. It could’ve been a bit cleaner as I found numerous hairs throughout the room.
