Room was clean staff was friendly and the kitchen is small but works, and the onsite laundry service is great but make sure you get quarters at you back the don’t have a change exchange

I like the fact I found a place to shower and sleep. They don't give me the room that I paid for. But the toilet 🚽 have a problem because making noise all night with the water 💦. I can't find a good thing to watch on the TV. I didn't feeling safe but it's ok. I got in at 11h pm and at 11h AM they knocked on the door very loudly.

Checked in here last minute lots of parking, nice beds, has lots of potential to be good… I will not recommend long term stay. We didn’t feel safe, the latch on our door was broken, the unit beside us was trash completely..

Needed a place to stay without spending a fortune. Studio 6 in West Palm was available and I was relieved. The office staff at this site is superb and helpful. The rooms, however need some attention, especially the HVAC units. Thanks to the moderate outside temperature I was quite comfortable by turning it off. The bed and quality of the pillows were just fine so I slept very well.

It's one person that was there at the front desk she was awesome sweet kind and respectful. But other than that it's weird no kind of leadership in this company because the ppl they hired for they customer service needs to do better

Friendly staff and clean room, the stove, TV and fridge worked, but that's all the good I can say. Wi-Fi was out the whole weekend even though they keep saying someone was coming out to fix it. Said they should have towels later, and they didn't. We had three people in our room with just two sets of towels. No trash cans in the room, no microwave. Our keys stopped working every day, and had to go to the office to fix. This place is not on top of things, and I would not recommend.

The listing was not the actual hotel. The listing had a brand new hotel and brand new room posted, and I arrived to a "remodeled" hotel. People smoking marijuana and blaring music all night. Door didn't close properly, AC didn't work properly and was very loud, bathroom was disgusting, I do not recommend staying here.

I booked this property to see my kids. And have a day at the ball game. When we got there, we were already skeptical, but my wife had to go to the bathroom. After our evening at the ball game and dinner we went back. It smelled horrible, The bathroom was disgusting. And I found cockroaches on the floor. I then asked for a refund because we checked out the same night when we got back and all I wanted back was my deposit. This place was a dump. Going back to my Hilton.

Horrible stay

Check-in was great. However the room was horrible. I reserved 1 queen bed but got a room with 2 doubles (those were not queen beds). There was obviously a leak and thw roof was patched horribly. The bathroom!!!!!! The bathroom was horrible. How they called that even slightly clean is beyond me. That bathroom needs to be gutted or resurfaced because that should not look like that. The bathroom door needs to be replaced as there are screws on the back to keep the panels together. The floor looked as though it was mopped with dirty water and thw air in the room is very damp and funky. The ac unit needs to be cleaned as you see a lot of diet build up and probably needs a filter change. The curtain needs to be longer as you can see a bit imsode from outside. The door to enter the room is very dirty as were the other room doors. It was a horrible stay overall and I will not ne staying there again. Only stayed because we were too tired to drive anymore.
