"When I first made the reservation they told me Sunday brunch was full and I checked in and they told me the reservation was full I said thats The reason I wanted to stay there for the Sunday brunch When I got there my appointment for 930 got there it was practically empty seating me way in the back the food was horrible and it was a lot less than I remember.! I don’t like to be lied to !! The room was nice, but the toilet paper holder was on the floor, I tried to put it back on the wall the best I could without a screwdriver, when I mentioned it to the young girl while checking out she just said “ oh good “ I’m sure I will never be back at the Grand America ! And will tell others of my experience! Todd Weatherly"
