"Fave hotel is in the middle of Glodok, the Chinese quarter of Jakarta, which is intresting But the hotel is at the 8th floor of a big parking garage and industrial shopping centre. The room are on the 9th and 10th and thats is a separate elevator. It cost time to go from the street to your room. The room is not cleaned very good. "The staff was friendly but calls to the front desk for extras went unfulfilled. The breakfast buffet did not feature sneeze guards and I witnessed people eating directly from the platters and then returning unfinished items to the platter. In our room: dirty and stained furniture, broken lamps, broken safe, and water leaking into the room during a rain storm!! This is a budget hotel in a bad area with nothing around besides a convenience store approx. 50m away. "
