"Everything was great except that the bed really sagged in the middle. Needs new mattress and/or springs."

"Centrally located to all the things we wanted to visit and do, bathhouse, shopping, restaurants..."

"Good location, clean room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and helpful staff. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again."

"All good"

"We chose the Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa for its historical significance, iconic reputation, and central location in Hot Springs. With its legendary history of hosting famous and infamous guests, we expected a beautifully maintained historic experience. The grand lobby has plenty of character. Live music created a lively atmosphere with dancing, socializing, and card games. It felt like a glimpse into the hotel’s glory days, although the seating made the space feel overcrowded. Be prepared for...

"A hidden gem of Hot Springs! It was such a fantastic spot for our family, it felt like we were staying in our own private cottage. Perfect distance to down town and all of the recommendations from the property were laminated and in a binder for us to flip through from food choices to hikes. They really did think of everything here and we will recommend this spot to anyone else who is looking to visit Hot Springs!"

"Looks much nicer in the ad pictures than in person. There was a phone in the room but it did not work and the TV in room was damaged and had lines through the screen. The carpets in hallways was really old and dirty. The mirrors around the tub were damaged. The breakfast was decent but we had to ask for milk. I was expecting more for the cost."
