Respon dan service perlu ditingkatkan

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus karena terletak di tengah kota dan ada beberapa mal di dekatnya. Wifi juga cukup baik. Sarapan pagi sangat standar dan kurang bervariasi dari hari ke hari. Hotel juga menyediakan penjemputan dan pengantaran dari hotel ke stasiun kereta free. Sayangnya, kasur sepertinya sudah waktunya untuk diganti karena sudah tenggelam di bagian tengahnya. Respon dari pelayan juga lambat karena ada sisa-sisa makanan yang berhamburan di lantai tidak mereka bersihkan. Piring dan sendok setelah orang makan juga tidak diangkat tapi dibiarkan saja. Mungkin mereka akan mengangkatnya setelah waktu breakfast usai sehingga dibiarkan saja di meja. House keeping juga mempunyai respon yang sangat lambat. Di hari pertama mereka membersihkan kamar tetapi tidak memberi tissue dan penambahan body shower soap. Untuk meminta hal tersebut, saya perlu menelpon ke reception sampai 3 kali. Begitu juga saat minta pembersihan kamar dari pk 15:30 hingga saya balik ke hotel pk 21:30 juga belum dibersihkan. Service di hotel amat sangat perlu ditingkatkan.

Saya menginap 1 malam beserta keluarga dan memesan 2 kamar. Kekurangannya tidak tersedia connecting door, AC salah satu kamar tidak dingin (akhirnya dicarikan kamar lain), kamar mandi perlengkapannya minim & airnya kurang deras, parkiran sempit, dan breakfast walaupun rasanya cukup enak tp tidak bervariasi. Kelebihannya kamar bersih, kasur empuk, pelayanan ramah dan responsif, dan lokasi hotel dekat dgn tempat2 makanan. Semoga dapat diperbaiki & ditingkatkan.

Immer wieder...

Super Hotel! Einzig, dass man morgens 4 x gestört wurde - 2 x läutete das Telefon (ab 08.30) und 2 x klopfte der Zimmerservice vor 10.00 Uhr schon an die Türe. Doch das Positive überwiegt in der Freundlichkeit, in der Sauberkeit und in der Stimmung des Hotels.
