"Very nice beach front hotel - our room was massive with a lovely sea view, comfy bed, and nice feel to it, the only negative was the shower was slow to heat up - but was fine when it got going. Breakfast was pretty decent - the toasters were a bit slow, and the coffee wasn’t great but for the price couldn’t really complain. I would happily stay in the hotel again. "

"We enjoyed a 2 night stay in one of the newly refurbished bedrooms (Room 5). The room was furnished to a high standard with a modern bathroom and excellent walk-in shower. The staff were uniformly friendly and efficient with a good selection of beers and spirits at the bar. We ate dinner one night and the food was well cooked and of a very good quality. "The spa at Ockenden Manor is absolutely superb – quiet, friendly, and extremely welcoming. The staff create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal place to unwind. The hotel rooms, while a little dated in style, are comfortable and well stocked with all the amenities you could need for a pleasant stay. Overall, a lovely experience with the spa as the true highlight."
