"They double charged me and I have yet to receive my refund"

"Great service"

"ZERO STARS! My experience at West Bay Colonial was disgraceful, largely due to Franklin, the extremely unprofessional, passive-aggressive manager. On Friday, I was checked in by an employee while Franklin stood there witnessing everything. After receiving my keys and wristband, he later falsely claimed my reservation couldn’t be found and demanded an additional $244 for a stay I had ALREADY PAID FOR! Thankfully, the wonderful owner, Hazel, intervened. On checkout day, Franklin AGAIN attempted...

"We absolutely love this hotel! The staff is wonderful and so friendly. Rooms are very clean and beds are really comfortable. Service and food at Ahari are top notch!"

"Caribe Tesoro was so easy to work with from the time we booked to check-out. We scheduled an airport pickup and our driver was waiting and was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel with a great location. The food at the restaurant is incredible (best onion rings I’ve ever had!) We were so pleased with our stay that we cancelled a different hotel at a later date in our trip and re-booked with Caribe Tesoro. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We can’t wait to go back!"

"Large lovely room and deck. Beautiful view. Attentive hosts. Quiet at night. Very relaxing!"

"The best hotel in the area I highly recommend"

"El Trato súper especial . Las habitaciones limpias y el Desayuno de primera , muy buena experiencia"

"Property is small and easy to maneuver around. If you like quiet and peaceful, I'd highly recommend. Restaurant menus are limited, however we always found plenty to eat and the quality was good. Front staff was always courteous and willing to help."

"The facilities are in very poor condition. The common areas and hallway are difficult to navigate, even for wheelchair users. There are no sidewalks, and the parking is far away and requires carrying your car. We weren't even there for two hours before deciding to leave. There was no staff at reception; I think they left as soon as we checked in. The room was in bad shape, the kitchen doors didn't close properly, etc. Don't waste your time and money booking there."

"It was hard to find which office to check it you ck in at splash inn office not any were on the itinerary directions take you to the property not to ck in"

"What comes to mind first is how friendly and helpful the staff always are. The location is within walking distance to numerous restaurants."

"If you like cat is your place ,there is a lot around the restaurant ,i prefer dog 😉"

"This property is beautiful and secluded from the town crowds. It takes a 2 minute walk to reach the restaurants and dive shops. Our room was spacious and had an ocean view terrace. Breakfast was at the cafe downstairs and both the food and the service were amazing. Highly recommend the rooms that have a mini kitchen."
