"The only bad thing is no disclosure of deposit requirements and only part of it was returned. It was $50.00 only $20.00 returned which odd since room was left in exceptional condition."

"I will never stay there again and plan on letting everyone I know not to either. The staff is nice but miss directed us to our rooms and would walk away from us when talking, so you couldn’t hear them especially with the blaring music come from everywhere. Only on elevator worked out of the six we saw and we were on the 8th floor. A previous review 8 months before our stay stated that the elevators were not working then either. They charge you an additional fee of $23.20 cents for the pool OM 4th floor that you have to take the stairs to get to because the elevator is down, regardless if you swim in it or not. Plus they make you pay an extra $50 that you get back when you check out. They have a cafe but breakfast is not included. The shower takes forever to get hot water. Then we had another guest who had a dog barking at midnight and loose in the hallway the front desk was called and they said they would call security for it but it was still barking at 2:00 am. The window opened on our room but there was no screen and we were on the 8th floor. Not worth the hassle to go to this motel especially with all the other ones that look so much better so close. My husband didn’t order a drink when gambling and was told that that would make the other servers mad."

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Overall, the room was clean although the toilet had not been cleaned at all and it really needed to be cleaned. This was obviously just an oversight but an unwelcome arrival gift. I found an excellent rate on hotels.com so couldn’t expect too much. That said, only bar soap is provided. It would have been nice to have had shampoo ."
