"They posted signs in the elevator stating water would be off the next day for 4 hours. Had I not went down to grab a drink I would never have known. Horrible to think you spent money to stay at a nice hotel and you are expected to not have running water. No compensation or anything."

They did not come to clean and put new towels in the room. When I came there were no new towels and the bed was not made. The place smelled. ..."
