James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor
Very comfortable bed and pillows. The room was quiet even for a stormy night. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. And the room service staff were courteous and kind.

Bolton Hotel
Very nice room. Parking a little wacky. No coffee available from the cafe or restaurant until 630am certainly not good for a business/financial district hotel.

Travelodge Hotel Wellington
Had to carry heavy suitcases up many steps from Lampton Quay - not a good start! Fridge not working in room - we had to wait for someone to sort this. Room was adequate - bathroom needs renewing as white with limescale. Room was noisy as we had to keep windows open
